WHAT WE DO
For the last decade I’ve worked at communicating the importance of inner development and creating spaces for it to unfold. Below you find the main initiatives I’ve founded, co-founded or been core part of. Our journey has sparked the creation of numerous entities, predominantly non-profit, such as youth camps, conferences, think tanks, learning labs, retreats, gatherings, digital platforms, and intentional living and working communities. These initiatives, detailed below, converge on a singular vision: to bolster our collective ability to thoughtfully craft a sustainable, conscious society for the benefit of coming generations.
Currently, our focus is on nurturing these existing ventures, harmonizing their varied pursuits while enriching our theoretical and change-driven frameworks. We are not seeking new projects at this time, nor do we offer financial support or grants.

OUR ARENAS
The Foundation has crafted various spaces dedicated to fostering exploration, dialogue, and transformative lifelong learning. Among these, the island of Ekskäret, located outside Stockholm, and Ekskäret Klustret, situated in the heart of the city, stand out as key arenas. These venues are designed not only as places for individual and collective exploration but also as hubs where networks converge, offering rich opportunities for connection and collaborative inquiry.
THE EKSKÄRET ISLAND
The Ekskäret Island (litt. ‘island where the oak trees grow’), is nestled in the Stockholm archipelago of Sweden and represents the foundational heart of the Ekskäret Foundation. The island embodies the spirit and principles of the Foundation, with its community actively engaging in the stewardship and activities of this unique space. The island's purpose is to offer a sanctuary where individuals can connect and reconnect with others, themselves, nature, and the essence of life, thereby fostering personal resilience and capacity to contribute to broader organizational and societal transformation.
This idyllic setting is a hub for innovative and exploratory endeavors, hosting initiatives like the Protus youth camps, personal development courses, and various gatherings aimed at fostering inner growth and catalyzing social change. The island’s serene environment and natural beauty make it an ideal venue for reflection, learning, and transformative experiences.
KLUSTRET EKSKÄRET
Klustret Ekskäret, our vibrant co-working space, stands as a central hub in Stockholm for innovators and change-makers shaping both today’s and tomorrow’s society. It is a place where like-minded individuals converge to collaborate on the conscious development of people, enterprises, and societal structures. Klustret is a dynamic gathering spot for entrepreneurs, researchers, consultants, and community advocates who share a commitment to our collective vision and possess the drive to make a meaningful impact.
This space is pivotal for fostering connections and hosting a variety of events, including exploratory meetings, workshops, and Learning Labs. It serves as a crucible for ideas and actions, where members can engage, exchange knowledge, and work together towards enacting positive change.

The Foundation is committed to acting as a catalyst for social change, actively participating in the co-creation of initiatives that foster conscious development. Our approach emphasizes stimulating individual inner growth and promoting lifelong learning. We achieve this through our diverse initiatives, working in close collaboration with partners from various sectors, including industry, non-profit organizations, and academia. Each partner is integral to our mission, contributing as co-creators in our collective journey of exploration and understanding. 29K HUMAN CONNECTION
29k is a non-profit, open source, personal growth platform, combining the best science based tools with deep human connection - made available wherever you are, whenever you need it - for free.
INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a blueprint of the capabilities, qualities and skills we need in order to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We want to educate, inspire and empower people to be a positive force for change in society and find a more purposeful way to look at our lives and the lives of the people around us.
PROTUS YOUTH CAMPS
Established in 2008, Protus arranges youth camps in Sweden. The camps are an religiously and ideologically independent alternative to traditional confirmation camps.
K9 CO-LIVING, STOCKHOLM
K9 is a purpose-driven real estate venture that launches and manages conscious co-living and co-working properties for global citizens. The aim is to support the development of a more conscious society.
EMERGE GATHERINGS
The Emerge Gathering is a yearly event where the European part of the Emerge network gathers for three days of exploration. Last year the gathering was hosted in Kyiv and the year before in Berlin.
WHAT IS EMERGING?
Emerge is an independent, non-profit media platform sowing the seeds of a new civilisation by asking the question: “What is emerging?”. They aim to explore the emerging cultural narratives of our time by publishing thought-provoking commentary and producing original videos and podcasts.
PERSPECTIVA INSTITUTE, LONDON
The Perspectiva Institute examines complex problems in the external world from the perspectives of our inner worlds; integrating systems, souls and society for the common good.
REBEL WISDOM
Rebel Wisdom is a new media channel founded by BBC & Channel 4 journalist David Fuller. They explore and uncover the most rebellious ideas in philosophy, human potential and transcendence to find direction through the chaos of the times.
CO-CREATION LOFT, BERLIN
Co-creation loft is a place for new ideas, a space for personal development, a room for exploring innovative ways of working and a homebase for system changers to make a difference in society.
